This is the 3rd December of posting episodes for Sergeants Bacon and C’Gar and they realized that they didn’t have a holiday special episode. That’s still the case. Platoon Daddy Bacon never disappoints. If you can’t tell, he is a little under the weather when recording this episode. Utilizing his mastery editing skills and a little Sudafed Duke you can barley tell. C’Gar and Bacon had a hell of a time trying to find a title for this majestic milestone but ultimately decide to press the easy button. Episode 60 is more about burnout and the frustration of being the one that everyone depends on whether they realize it or not. At some point, all you can do is walk your vast field where you grow your prized crop, F*cks. When you discover that your field is now barren your quickly realize you have none to give.
Don’t think the Sergeants are actually releasing an episode all about Britain’s Boobies. This title actually comes from Bacon Dyslexia, your’e welcome Antonio Sticks! In Episode 59 of Eyes Forward; March! we discover that Platoon Daddy Bacon is getting ready to earn his commission. We don’t know what the percentage is yet, but It’s an exciting time for the two. There’s a chance that he will be gone for school for a bit. Don’t worry. Sergeant CGar has a few ideas up his sleeve to keep the best military podcast you listen to going.
Platoon Daddy Bacon is back at FOB C’Gar for another debrief. This time the FPCON is low and the the two record an episode in the designated smoking area. As SGT C’Gar enjoys a fine cigar and a few ripits, these two Non-Commissioned Officers have a conversation so real and down to earth that you are given the 100 percent raw, unedited, and extra long cut. This is the first time the two have released an episode with zero edits.

It’s been a busy summer for Bacon and C’Gar! In fact, the last two months worth of episodes where recorded more than two months ago. Finally!, in Episode 55 the Sergeants get back to the microphones to start recording. What does ketchup have to do with this episode? Maybe one of the Sergeants is like a tomato and the other like vinegar. When you mix them together it creates a condiment to make your meal, or this show a little better. You can be the judge of that!
Sometimes you don’t really have a direction for an episode so you just title it after the best part of the episode. That’s right, Platoon Daddy Bacon reads the riot act in just a way that would make you think you jumped into the Meta-verse, traveled back in time, and witnessed it first hand.

For the first time in EFM history a civilian has been brought into the discussions. Platoon Daddy Bacon and Sergeant C’Gar welcome Podcaster & Content Creator Jon (aka Polygon) from the show “Video Game Lounge” on the Creative Brain Candy Network to the episode. Jon unfortunately never got the opportunity to serve but has spent a lot of time around members of the military which over time has peaked his curiosity resulting in a few questions that he likes to ask service members when he has the opportunity. We’ve been hearing a lot of absolutely horrible stories about Stolen Valor lately, so we decided to take a crack at it ourselves. We also cover some of the benefits that Soldiers may receive. Are some of those benefits worth Stolen Valor? It’s hard to say, but we take a little time to talk about what we think of some of those benefits.
Join Sergeants C’Gar and Bacon as they discuss the old term, “One Weekend a Month, Two Weeks a Year”. It doesn’t work that way anymore and Soldiers tend to look at Drill as a waste of time or simply feel that it interrupts their daily lives. Maybe it’s time to look at drill weekends in a different way.

In this episode Platoon Daddy Bacon and Sergeant C’Gar talk about the STEP program (which inspires a little singing) and magical memorandums called PPOM’s. The Sergeants focus on a recently discovered PPOM that can get our Soldiers promoted faster than normal which is something they like to see. The Sergeants are back for the first episode of 202TOO. This time it’s all about the things that they find frustrating and annoying wrapped up into the first of many. They’re thinking this could be just like “Now This is What I Call Music” but for military pet peves! Topics include unnecessary meetings, different media outlets, last minute requirements, evaluation rating schemes and a few more. Oh yeah! COVID still sucks as we enter year three of fifteen days to stop the spread. Sit back, relax and see if you find some of these topics just as frustrating as the Sergeants do.
